Submit your Clinical Case for BIT 2016 and step on stage!

The increasingly large number of case submissions received each year for BIT shows that the Course programme is inspired first and foremost "By & For" the interventional community. You are therefore warmly invited to submit your most educational and interesting cases to the BIT 2016 Call for Clinical Cases. These will be be reviewed and included in a Forum session or in the Interactive Case Corner.

 

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Please note that submitting a case implies your agreement to it being presented at BIT and broadcast on BITonline. Participants are invited to submit original Clinical Cases according to the following guidelines:

 

  1. Clinical Case presentations may be submitted electronically by means of the dedicated website. Presentations sent by email will not be accepted.
  2. Case presentations must be formatted in English.
  3. Please click on the following icon to download the BIT Powerpoint template that should be used:
  4. Only .ppt and .pps formats are accepted (.pptx and .ppsx formats will not be accepted so please save as .ppt or .pps versions before submitting).
  5. No patient, author or institution names should feature in any part of the presentation.
  6. Once the closing date has passed, you will not be able to modify your presentation.

SELECTION PROCESS

Evaluation of submissions will be based on quality, clarity, relevance and educational value for the audience. The BIT Selection Committee will review submissions without access to the authors' name, institution or country.
